TECHANICAL FEATURES:

• Main Structure & Chassis : Made from rolled S. Channels.
• Yoke : Fabricated from M.S. Plate.
• Loading Hopper:Made from M.S. Sheet
• Mixing Drum : Drum Bottom is of heavy Cast Iron and Drum Top is of M.S. Sheet, Mixing Blades are of two Types one set made from M.S. Plates and the other set (scoop type) made from M.S. Sheet.
• Clutch : Made from Heavy Cast Iron, Properly Machined.
• Power Transmission :By Bush/Roller Chains.
• Power : 6 H.P. Water/Air 6H.P. Diesel Engine or 5H.P. Electric Motor.
• Machine Capacity : 10/7 CFT i.e. 280/200 liters (1 Bag Mix).
• Yield of Mix:12/15 batches of mixed concrete per hour, with adequately trained labour force.
